The Resident Services Coordinator will:
- Assess the needs of our residents.
- Assist our residents in identifying and accessing any services and resources they may need that are provided by third parties
- Work with our residents in addressing complaints and solving conflicts within the building
- Assist our residents in maintaining lease compliance and will process reasonable accommodations relating to accessibility and Fair Housing
- Welcome new residents to the building and inform them of rules and regulations
- Serve as liaison between residents, the Owner, and the Management Staff
- Process referrals to other service providers and follow-up to confirm service delivery
- Organize social and enrichment activities and develop community initiative programs
- Stimulate and work with resident organizations within the building
- Build collaborative relationships with area service providers and participate in available programs
