Management Team

Kristin Martin, President

Kristin joined our company in 2013. Since joining, she has held numerous roles within both Saco Falls Management and The Szanton Company including: development assistant, assistant property manager, property manager, director of property management, development officer and now as President of Saco Falls Management.

As the President of Saco Falls Management, she is involved with the planning and implementation of design, marketing and operating strategies for a variety of properties. She is responsible for all legal, insurance, administrative, accounting and financial aspects of a portfolio of properties in Maine and New Hampshire. Kristin is also charged with conducting market analysis and due diligence on all new business opportunities. She has overall responsibility for the successful performance of all management functions regarding the properties under Saco Falls Management.

Amy Racine, Director of Property Management

Amy joined the Saco Falls Management Team in April 2022 with 12 years of previous experience. 

Amy's role includes direct oversight of the Property Management staff; occupancy reporting; marketing; budget implementation; maintaining tenant- landlord relations; oversight of maintenance; coordination of contractors of all Szanton Company properties. Amy is also involved with the planning and implementation of design, marketing and operating strategies for our properties. Amy oversees the legal, insurance, and administrative aspects of the portfolio of properties.

Tiffany Kelly, Director of Finance

Tiffany joined Saco Falls Management in August of 2017.  She is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities of all of the properties, the management company, and the development company. She is also responsible for the monthly financials, the quarterly financial reporting to investors, and the annual audits of the properties. 

Chelsea Goich, Compliance Specialist

Chelsea joined Saco Falls Management in June of 2023.  She is responsible for ensuring compliance across all our buildings as well for managing annual recertifications for our LIHTC units in all 13 properties.

April Thibodeau, Property Manager

April oversees 53 Danforth, Casco Terrace, Walker Terrace and 100 Parris Street in Portland, ME.

She manages all aspects of property management, including leasing, daily resident interactions, compliance, and maintenance coordination.

April joined the Saco Falls Management team in March 2024.

Crystal LaChapelle, Property Manager

Crystal oversees 48 Hampshire in Auburn ME; The Lofts at Bates Mill and The Hartley Block in Lewiston, ME. 

She manages all aspects of property management, including leasing, daily resident interactions, compliance, and maintenance coordination.

Crystal joined the Saco Falls Management team in August of 2019.

Brady Connors, Property Manager

Brady oversees The Mill at Saco Falls and The Lofts at Saco Falls in Biddeford, ME, The Squamscott Block in Exeter, NH, and Milliken Heights in Old Orchard Beach.

He manages all aspects of property management, including leasing, daily resident interactions, compliance, and maintenance coordination.

Brady joined the Saco Falls Management team in January 2023.

Brandy McBride, Property Manager 

Brandy oversees The Huse School and The Uptown in Bath, ME and Picker House Lofts in Lewiston ME. 

She manages all aspects of property management, including leasing, daily resident interactions, compliance, and maintenance coordination.

Brandy joined the Saco Falls Management Team in June 2020.

Michael LaPlante, Resident Services Coordinator 

Michael serves as RSC for The Lofts at Saco Falls and The Mill at Saco Falls in Biddeford as well as Milliken Heights in Old Orchard Beach. Michael coordinates community-building events and acts as a liaison to connect residents with local resources and support services to maintain and enhance community living standards.

Michael joined the Saco Falls Management Team in September 2024.

Maggie Phelan, Resident Services Coordinator 

Maggie serves as RSC for The Lofts at Bates Mill, The Hartley Block, and Picker House Lofts in Lewiston as well as 48 Hampshire in Auburn. Maggie coordinates community-building events and acts as a liaison to connect residents with local resources and support services to maintain and enhance community living standards.

Maggie joined the Saco Falls Management Team in April 2024.

Shannon Fraser, Resident Services Coordinator

Shannon serves as RSC for Huse School Apartments and The Uptown in Bath. Shannon coordinates community-building events and acts as a liaison to connect residents with local resources and support services to maintain and enhance community living standards.

Shannon  joined the Saco Falls Management Team in July 2024
