The 4-story building consists of mixed-income apartments that are age-restricted, ages 55 and over. Milliken Heights features 55 one-bedroom apartments. Milliken Heights is being built to Passive House standards and will boast triple paned windows and doors, insulation that far surpasses that of typical construction and heating/cooling via mini-split heat pumps in each apartment.
